Hi, I'm Ashton.
I run field-marketing operations: the people, stores, schedules and events that put brands in front of shoppers. It's a job where a hundred small things have to happen on time, every day.
That's what got me into automation. I started building AI agents to handle the busywork, and it turned into Bush Development & Growth, my home for projects that run on their own: a comedy brand, a games studio and the tools behind them.
I'm the investor and the owner. The agents do the work, and I set the direction and keep raising the bar.
